Spring into May with International Coaching Week (ICW)
As we spring into May, we have several local and global opportunities for ICF Iowa members to engage in International Coaching Week, May 13-19, 2024. Check out
the email sent April 30, which contains links to global and local events. A big thank you to Priscilla Boyle, Programs Director, for all her efforts on this initiative. We successfully hosted two in-person networking events in Central and Eastern Iowa in April. Thank you to everyone who joined! The included picture is from our Central Iowa event on April 16. Our members had a great time connecting, enjoying refreshments, and building deeper relationships.
We are coming closer to the 2024 Midwest Coaches Conference, Flow Boldly. The event is in Cincinnati, Ohio from September 26-28, 2024. We currently have 5-6 members registered to attend, and we would love for you to join us! ICF Iowa is offering our members a $50 scholarship toward the registration fee. The ICF Iowa Board of Directors met in Williamsburg on April 11th for our Spring Retreat. We discussed our current state, future goals, and how to continue towards our 2024 theme: Inspire – Engage – Ignite. The day was a great success! Keep an eye out for added events for summer and fall!
Speaking of the board, we are beginning to look toward our 2025 chapter leadership. If you are interested in learning more about our Board Positions, please reach out to me, Dorene, or the person who currently occupies the role that interests you. The roles up for election in 2025 are: Vice President, Education Director, Marketing Director, and Secretary.
