Fall, Flow Boldly, and Upcoming Elections for our 2025 Board
September is my favorite month for many reasons. First, fall brings changing leaves and the beauty to enjoy while out and about. Second, fall means hotdishes are acceptable meals to prepare in our home. Bring on Tater Tot Hotdish!
I look forward to attending the upcoming Flow Boldly conference in Cincinnati at the end of this month. I will share key takeaways in the October newsletter and Chapter Meeting. Our upcoming
Chapter Meeting is on Tuesday, September 10th. The topic is “The Artistry of Coaching – Striking the Delicate Balance between Form and Flow,” hosted by Elias Scultori and Amy Ruppert Donovan. A big thank you to our Past President Dorene MacVey for hosting our August Meeting. We all learned and had fun in the interactive coaching activity.
In this month’s newsletter, we’ve also included additional information on phishing emails. Thank you, Erin Husmann, for putting this together for our members.
Our chapter concluded our
Ignite Project on August 31 by offering pro bono coaching to a local Iowa nonprofit. We will provide an update on our total hours of coaching in our October Newsletter.

We continue to work towards our 2024 Theme of
Inspire – Engage – Ignite through our monthly chapter meetings, fall board retreat on September 6, and participation in the upcoming Flow Boldly conference in Cincinnati in late September.
