As a coach, you likely hear similar challenges every day. And, in response to the struggles your clients share, you offer the same solutions repeatedly. With your language and the way you present it, it may even be something you are known for.  

During this session, we will help you understand what it takes to turn your unique solutions into frameworks, workshops, keynotes, and online courses. 

When you have this higher level of content that you own and coach from, you can attract more clients and charge more!

Take this example:

In a coach’s regular engagements with small business owners, she repeatedly hears how hard it is to keep the business moving forward without a team supporting them. They end up in a cycle of dreaming and getting excited about what’s possible, then working to execute the dream. 

The problem is that the cycle gets interrupted by the daily grind. And, without a team to keep them on track and take care of the grind, they have a hard time living the dream to the fullest, leaving their potential unfulfilled. The business owner is frustrated.

Because the coach hears this problem often, she has developed a response that helps the business owner do better. She helps them create an advisory group that supports their vision. The advisory group has five different ‘characters’ on it and each is clear about their role. The ‘characters’ include 1. Cheerleader; 2. Analytical advisor; 3. Sales/Business Developer; 4. Details; 5. Visionary.
