Lisa Brovold is an intuitive listener who discovered her passion for coaching through an invite to an ICF Chapter meeting. Immediately feeling seen, heard and not judged awakened a desire to help others feel the same.

Similarly, learning about ADHD and Executive Function was a ‘lightbulb moment’.  Suddenly, challenges experienced from childhood on made sense. As a life coach, she believes in helping a client see their strengths and what their needs are to function at their best. Together they build a firm foundation and craft a path to a happier, more fulfilled life.

She founded Breathing Space Coaching, LLC to help individuals quiet the noise, listen to their inner selves and to put more life into their busy lives.   Lisa is passionate about creating community, fostering connections and providing gentle accountability, particularly for those navigating the complexities and challenges of diagnosed, or undiagnosed ADHD.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, camping, reading and connecting with friends and family. She holds an ACC Credential with the International Coaching Federation.
