Think Globally, Act Locally: Be Part of International Coaching Week 2024

In keeping with ICF Iowa's 2024 theme of "Inspire, Engage, and Ignite", we invite all chapter members to be part of International Coaching Week (ICW) 2024. You can learn more about how to be part of that by attending this specially scheduled meeting.

In case you are unfamiliar with ICW, here are a few key things to know for now:

• Since 1999, ICF organizes ICW events to educate the public about the value of working with professional coaches.
• ICW 2024 is from May 13 - 19.
• Chapters and members around the globe plan and offer events, and all ICF members are invited to participate.
• ICF Iowa plans offer one or more events under our chapter's name, and we encourage our members to be part of that or to offer their own ICW events.
• At noon on March 18, chapter members Lisa Brovold, Christine Clark, and Dick Hannasch will orient us to ICW in a session covering these things:
  • What's in it for you to participate in ICW?
  • What types of events might a chapter or coach offer for ICW?
  • What resources are available that make it easy to be part of ICW?
  • What did Lisa, Christine, and Dick get from being part of ICW 2023?
  • What might you do to engage in ICF 2024?

We hope this session inspires you to engage in ICW 2024 and ignites your mind, heart, and spirit to think globally and act locally to bring coaching to the world.
