New Member Spotlight - Natali Justiniano Pahl
Short Bio: Natali Justiniano Pahl is a retired results driven executive with experience leading complex programs and new strategies to successful outcomes. She has more than 33 years of corporate experience including 29 years managing a broad range of human resource functional areas. Natali earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is self-employed as an Executive Coach.
Natali holds a Master of Business Administration from Drake University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. She is an active leader, volunteer, and advocate on the local and national/global level for education, financial stability, and human rights. Natali served as the chair of Women United of Central Iowa United Way for three years and as a member of the United Way of Central Iowa Economic Opportunity Cabinet, Iowa Public Policy Cabinet, and Tocqueville Campaign Committee. She was selected as one of 24 women to represent over 70,000 women in 160 countries as a member of the United Way Worldwide Women United Global Leadership Council for seven years. Natali serves on the Board of Directors for One Iowa, Iowa ACES 360, Latina Leadership Initiative, and is a founder/vice president of the KIAP Foundation which is a new non-profit that is focused on expanding the benefits and values of martial arts training to children that may not have the ability to participate due to financial reasons. She was recently selected to the UNI@DMACC Advocacy Council and has served as mentor for the LEAD DSM Community Connect program for several years and is also a proud military wife.
Natali is a second-generation Latinx and resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her husband and two children. During her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, attending performing arts and practicing Taekwondo where she is a 4th Dan Blackbelt.
