Tips for both new and experienced coaches on how to shift their conversations from problem-solving to coaching the mental barriers that are keeping clients from seeing their way forward. What is the secret to getting clients to hear themselves, to think about what they are saying, and to effectively create the shift in awareness that resolves the issues, so they courageously commit to moving forward?
Marcia will share tips and tools and do a coaching demonstration so you can see the concepts in action. You will experience how to expand your competencies and achieve more meaningful results when coaching. There will be time to answer questions. You will receive a handout of tools and suggested practice sessions.
