Biography
I am committed to helping organizations and individuals drive results by capturing opportunities and solving problems. I focus first on understanding the client’s needs and aspirations and then partner to design and execute impactful engagements around executive coaching, leadership development, strategy, and organizational development.
In addition to working with corporate clients, I am focused on engaging with executive directors and boards of community organizations to help them serve their constituents and achieve their vision.
The perspective and expertise I bring to this work has been gained through over 40 years’ experience in a global financial services organization, including over 30 years in leadership roles across strategy, organizational development, and leadership development. Over that time, I served on business unit leadership teams and led a wide variety of strategy and development initiatives involving all levels of leaders. I have also had the opportunity to serve on several community boards, and facilitate workshops for others, during my career. I am a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and also hold Hogan Assessment and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certifications.
