Biography
My passion is to help people bring their full potential to the workplace and their homes.
I am an experienced, certified professional coach (PCC), who works with leaders and professionals to help them maximize their impact and influence. I believe we are each meant to live fully, with great intention. To live that way, I coach people to take actions that result in momentum and success -- at work and at home.
Before owning my own business, I worked at Collins Aerospace and AB Electrolux where I held a variety of senior leadership roles within the Legal and Human Resources functions. In addition to my functional leadership responsibilities, I have coached and mentored hundreds of executives, leaders, and young professionals, always striving to be a trusted confidant, influential coach, and developer of talent in the workplace.
I work with new leaders, mid-level leaders, executives and professionals to support both their professional and personal success.
