Biography
Roxy Galkin, FLMI, PCS is a Leader Development Consultant at ChildServe. She works with organizational leaders to support and develop their skillsets to help move them from transactional to transformational leaders who empower, engage, and grow their team members. She has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, both in business and in Human Resources, and with leaders both domestically and internationally.
By providing Clifton Strengths assessment overviews, development planning, coaching, and various other learning opportunities, Roxy helps leaders gain insights and awareness to strengthen their approach to leadership.
Roxy has 10+ years experience in leader and employee development. She is certified in Mentor Coaching and Leadership Development from Grand View University, is a Gallup-Certified Manager and practices Clifton Strengths coaching, and facilitates Crucial Conversations learning. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves as the Membership Director on the Board of her local ICF Iowa Charter chapter. Roxy also has a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation and a Professional of Customer Service (PCC) certification.
