Holding Space: Trusting the Value We Bring

As I reflect on the past year, I am more committed than ever to the value of coaching. We offer people a safe, trusted, and non-judgmental space to process their thoughts and simply be who they really are—a space that is often hard to find.

We are offering an important gift to the world by showing up, listening, asking questions and helping our clients find insight within themselves. This type of space doesn't exist in a lot of places for many people. Allowing our clients to show up fully, let their guard down, and give them permission to process their world is highly transformative.

A New Chapter for Our Coaching Connection

Our Monday Morning Coaching Calls are now Coaches’ Circle: Midday Edition. We have changed to bi-weekly meetings on the first and third Mondays of the month.

The new time is during the lunch hour (12:00 PM CT), making it more accessible for busy schedules.

We'll still have the same great space for accountability, connection, and "geeking out" on all things coaching. We can't wait to see you there!

Coaches and Coffee - A Monthly Connect for Internal Coaches

Coaches & Coffee, our internal coaches’ group, will not meet for the remainder of 2025. Our regular meeting days, the final Thursday of the month, fall on holidays in November and December.

We look forward to connecting again in 2026!

ICF Credentialing Information

Are you an ICF Global member seeking an ICF credential?

The 2025 ICF Credentialing Webinar Series is available in the ICF Learning Portal’s Course Catalog. There are six prerecorded sessions:
  • The Value of ICF Credentialing,
  • Reviewing the ICF Credentialing Requirements,
  • Renewing Your ICF Credential,
  • Introduction to the ICF Written Exams,
  • Earning the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching,
  • Updates to the ICF Code of Ethics
A total of 0.5 CCE units in Core Competency and 1.25 CCE units in Resource Development are available upon webinar series completion.


Are you interested in applying for an ICF credential? Do you have questions about renewing your credential or upgrading to the next level? Our ICF Credentials and Standards staff are here to help!

During these one-hour calls, our team will be available to answer all your questions about the credentialing requirements and the process to earn or renew an ICF credential.
