Member Spotlight 

I work with people to bring transformation, confidence, courage and joy to their lives by creating emotional well-being and empowering people to trust their own innate wisdom and inner voice. I am a Life Coach certified through Lumia and am working toward my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. I have completed the Yale Science of Well-Being coursework and am certified in Smart Recovery Training. I am also a Reiki Master Level practitioner. I hold an Industrial Engineering degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration. I use this wide variety of education, which has led to extensive life experiences, to deepen the coaching experience that I offer to my clients.
