MAY your month be filled with beauty, wonderful Coaches!

May brings beautiful things.

It starts off with “May Day”, the fun kid’s tradition of living little baskets of surprises on the neighbor’s doorstep. As May continues, the pop of color is everywhere as garden centers fill up with reds, pinks, purples, and yellow flowers. Mother’s Day reminds us of the wonderful women who have nurtured us through life. Graduation celebrations bring beautiful transitions and reflections of well-earned accomplishments. We conclude May with the memories of those who serve, affording us a beautiful life of freedom. Yes, May is filled with beauty .

DEIJ: Cultural Competency in CoachingChapter Meeting PM Only

Did you know? ICF is committed to create a more just and equitable world for coaches and coaching clients.

To support our professional development in this mission, ICF has offered training to all global chapters on a specific DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice) topic each year.

This year, ICF has created a workshop on Cultural Competency in Coaching to help coaches globally meet the challenges we face working with clients across different types of diversity with inclusion and equity.
