Bio: Natali Justiniano Pahl is a retired results driven executive with experience leading complex programs and new strategies to successful outcomes. She has more than 33 years of corporate experience including 29 years managing a broad range of human resource functional areas. Natali earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is self-employed as an Executive Coach.
