What I do: Help you become "You, better".

What I offer you:

1. Coaching to help you identify and pursue clear goals.

2. Assessments to increase your self-awareness so you know what's helping you and what's hindering you from getting what you want or where you want to go.

3. Training and development to boost your abilities to get what you want and go where you want to go.

How I coach you:  One past client described my style this way: "His approach is open, non-threatening, and nonjudgmental. He is empathetic but doesn’t let you off the hook.”

Who I am as a coach: People who know me well describe my brand this way:

1. Truth Teller . People say they know I will share my perspectives and speak honestly.

2. Judge . People say I believe in fairness, not judging. others, and doing what is right and just.

3. Comedian. People say I have a great sense of humor, but that doesn't mean I take you and your goals lightly. Rather, it means you can expect to have fun working with me, even in the tough times.

Who I coach, assess, and train: Executives, leaders, and individual contributors who work in IT, finance, education, healthcare, sales, and consulting; other professional coaches; groups facing a common challenge/goal; teams wanting and needing to perform better together.

What assessments I use in coaching: Depending on your needs, I may use a personality assessment from Hogan Assessments, a 360-degree feedback assessment from Korn Ferry or Assessments International or Marshall Goldsmith, the Gallup Strengths assessment, or Edgar Schein's Career Anchors assessment to help you gain more self-awareness and then use that to help you leverage your strengths, develop yourself, and pursue your goals. Assessments are always optional, never a requirement.

How you can schedule time with me: Go go and choose an option that works for you.
