Biography
As the founder of CPE Leadership Solutions, I partner with clients to help them pursue excellence in all aspects of their lives! Whether it involves personal or professional goals, the pursuit of excellence requires a steadfast commitment to getting better each day. Through active listening and engaging dialogue, I assist clients in identifying opportunities that will positively impact their well-being. I then ask clients to reflect on the ideal outcome(s) they wish to achieve and challenge them to remain accountable to their stated goals.

With over 10 years of formal education and training, I possess a unique blend of skills and credentials that will serve you well! In terms of work experience, I've held important leadership positions in large, complex organizations within four different industries: healthcare, higher education, business, and the military. As such, I have an extensive background in coaching, teaching, training, and human development.
My specialties include: executive coaching, leader development, career navigation, change management, conflict management, emotional intelligence, relationships, and leader impact/legacy.
